Search Process

Executive search is a thorough process of researching the market for specific expertise and enables businesses to access those with relevant and appropriate skills sets. At Kh3 International we take the following steps to identify and introduce candidates:

  1. Receive a full brief from the client in order to become completely familiar with all relevant information regarding the business and the vacancy.
  2. Meet with key decision makers within the client organisation in order to fully understand the brief, and to find the best possible candidate from a skills and culture fit perspective.
  3. Research prospective target organisations and candidates. Direct and discreet contact is then made with the identified candidates who are then invited to submit their CV for consideration.
  4. Collate initial data from candidates.
  5. Select candidates for interview from preliminary research.
  6. Face to face interviews are conducted to assess candidates’ credentials.
  7. Short-listed candidate profiles prepared based on CVs interviews.
  8. Candidate profiles presented to client.
  9. Client/Candidate interviews arranged, co-ordinated and confirmed.
  10. Candidate references are taken up prior to appointment.
  11. Regular liaison between all parties on an ongoing basis to ensure that both the candidates and business are fully informed and that the process progresses smoothly.
  12. Mediate in final negotiations with successful candidates and clients
Liaise with client and candidate up to and after start date to ensure compatibility, that start dates are agreed and that the relationship continues to develop.
