Heather has worked for Chess Executive since November 2004 and in January 2007 became Editor of En Passant magazine. She also oversees the co-ordination of H Talk events including public debates, interactive discussions and business forums.

Heather attained her Bachelor of Business degree from the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia in 1995. Her early career was spent working at Collins Foods Group, a multinational organisation who owns the Sizzler Restaurant concept and is the major franchisee for KFC in Queensland.

Heather relocated to the UK in 1998, spending 6 years working in a variety of HR roles, latterly as Director of Human Resources for a venture capitalist backed private day nursery chain prior to joining Chess in 2004.
