Karl is the Director of Kh3 International, the Executive Search division of Chess Executive. He has established an extensive network throughout the wider hospitality, service and leisure sectors with over 20 years experience of working in Executive Search.
He possesses comprehensive experience of handling board level appointments in a variety of management disciplines across all sectors of the hospitality industry, including the hotel, restaurant, foodservice, travel and tourism sectors.
An hotel management graduate, Karl's early career was in hotel operations before becoming involved in recruiting for the hotel, food service, leisure and tourism sectors.
