Lois is the director of Chess Partnership, the contingency recruitment division of Chess Executive.

Lois has 20 years experience working in hospitality commencing her career in retail hospitality before moving into contract catering where she has worked for the last fifteen years.

She has a broad breadth of knowledge working both with multi-national and independent companies at board director level. Based throughout the UK Lois manages the Chess Partnership team operating from London, Manchester, East Midlands and Edinburgh, covering all areas of hospitality recruitment.
