This service is about providing discreet yet pro-active careers advice, based upon extensive market knowledge, gained in recruiting for and across the hospitality industry for 15 years.

Working with each individual, the aim is to use market knowledge and the understanding of skills, to evaluate new career opportunities, possibly involving a change of direction.

Recruitment as an industry has changed since the introduction of the web as this has become the prime medium to market both people and vacancies. This is not necessarily the medium many senior managers feel comfortable using and is not necessarily the best method to communicate transferable skills or character.

Working with experienced recruiters for the industry the aim is to by-pass the web as the main medium and to use knowledge, network and consultancy skills to effectively represent senior managers across the industry.
