Mentoring

There are times during our career development when we benefit from discussing business or management issues with an external individual, who can provide neutral advice, coupled with the benefit of having been in similar situations in the past.

We work with a number of expert advisors, who are either retired board directors of PLC’s or entrepreneurs who have successfully built (and possibly sold) businesses, who are able to provide an external perspective and provide a sounding board to developing solutions to current issues.

The mentoring consultancy is tailored completely to both the organisation and individual in question, bearing in mind the technical skills set, the size and type of organisation and the specific areas upon which the mentoring will centre.

The approach and time involved is adapted to suit each individual.
