The objective here is to combine the extensive market knowledge across the hospitality industry with the experience of guiding individuals through a period of major change in their life.
Individuals are provided with a series of one to one conversations and optional psychometric testing, to assist in evaluating where their skills and natural aptitudes lie. This is followed by practical guidance in combination with a series of tools to assist in developing an effective CV, preparing for interviews and assisting with research on the chosen career paths.
The process is tailored to each individual's requirements and is made up of a combination of face to face conversations where targets and aims are set and then reviewed, combined with telephone and e-mail communication.
